RAMADAN 2026
This Ramadan, Downtown Islamic Center (DIC) is pleased to present a wide range of programs designed to serve our diverse downtown Chicago community. We look forward to a meaningful and rewarding experience through thoughtfully curated events for all members of our community.
Join us for programming, volunteering, iftar, and much more at DIC. May Allah (swt) accept our fasts and prayers as we endeavor to maximize the blessings of this sacred month!
Taraweeh begins after Isha at 8:45 PM
Qiyam Al-Layl begins at 12:00 AM
Note: Iftar Registration opens every Friday at 11am for the following week
QIYAM
Starting Monday Night (March 9th), Downtown Islamic Center (DIC) will have Qiyam Al-Layl prayers starting at Midnight (12:00 AM).
Qiyam will be led by Hafidth Dr. Yazan Numan and will end by 1:00 AM.
The masjid will close after Qiyam and then re-open at Fajr.
